With my pre-purchase inspection the following will be preformed:

• Complete vehicle system scan and report to insure there are no underlying trouble codes that could lead to costly repairs shorty after purchase. 

• Comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspection including detailed pictures inside and out, pointing out damage that may have been missed on first glance. Also testing of all vehicle systems to confirm proper functionality.

Road test vehicle and test vent temperature. Connect gauges to system and test pressures. Add refrigerant and inspect for leaks with electronic leak detector and/or charge system with nitrogen. Add dye if needed to system and run for some time and reinspect for leaks with dye light. Quote necessary repairs or recommend recharging system with dye if no leaks detected. . 

Install Recovery/Recycling machine. Evacuate A/C system and allow system to maintain vacuum. Add refrigerant oil and dye to system. Charge system with refrigerant to manufactures specifications. Start engine, test operating pressures and duct temperatures.

Inspect brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Clean and visually inspect master cylinder. Visually inspect the condition of brake lines, hydraulic hoses, calipers and wheel cylinders for damage, leaks and proper operation. Flush all contaminated brake fluid from hydraulic system and replace with new fluid (This service will help reduce the effects of electro-chemical degradation which can damage brake components). Road test for proper operation.

Flush cooling system and overflow bottle. Refill with factory recommend coolant, inspect for leaks and run engine to operating temperature to insure proper operation. (Up to 8 liters)

Flush power steering lines, pump, cooler rack and pinion unit or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Road test vehicle to inspect operation.

Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Flush transmission which includes: flushing of transmission cooler, cooler lines, valve body, and torque converter. Flush all contaminated fluid out and replace with new fluid. (Up to 10 liters)

Winterizing a travel trailer is a crucial process that helps protect it from damage during the winter months when the trailer won't be in use. The main goal of winterization is to prevent water from freezing and causing costly damage to the plumbing system and other components. During this process we will also inspect wheel bearings, brake function/condition and set tire pressures.
